Cadyce is set to launch the CA-CMP4, a versatile USB-C multi-port adapter that enables simultaneous HDMI and VGA output, catering to both modern and legacy display needs across education, business, and travel sectors.
CADYCE is preparing to expand its USB-C accessory line with the CA-CMP4, a multi-port adapter built to support both modern and older display hardware. The company says the device will let users connect USB-C laptops, tablets and other compatible systems to HDMI and VGA screens at the same time, a configuration aimed at classrooms, conference rooms, dual-monitor desks and travelling workers who still encounter legacy projectors and displays.
According to CADYCE, the adapter supports HDMI output at up to 4K at 60Hz and VGA at up to 1,920 x 1,080 at 60Hz, giving it a wider range than simpler USB-C-to-HDMI products already in the company’s catalogue. That matters in mixed-device environments, where display quality often depends on whether the user is working with a newer monitor or older presentation equipment. The CA-CMP4 also includes a USB port for peripherals and USB-C Power Delivery of up to 100W, so a connected device can be charged while in use.
The new model follows a broader pattern in CADYCE’s product range, which includes other USB-C adapters and docks that combine video output with charging and data functions. The company’s existing CA-C3HDMI adapter also supports 4K at 60Hz with 100W charging, while the CA-CVHD and CA-CHM lines show CADYCE has repeatedly targeted users who need compact, bus-powered accessories with plug-and-play setup. The CA-CMP4 appears to extend that approach by adding simultaneous HDMI and VGA output, a feature that remains useful in offices and education settings where compatibility is still a practical concern.
CADYCE says the CA-CMP4 will be sold soon through its authorised partners and distribution network.
