TECNO unveils the Watch Neo in the Philippines, a durable and feature-rich budget smartwatch with a bright AMOLED screen, Bluetooth calling, and health tracking, available at a significantly discounted price through promotional offers.
TECNO has launched the Watch Neo in the Philippines, positioning the device as a budget smartwatch with a rugged build and a price that sits below Php5,000. The model is being sold with an SRP of Php3,499, although TECNO’s local promotion currently cuts that to Php2,499 on Shopee Philippines. It is also listed in physical stores nationwide, according to the company’s product information and the launch coverage from NoypiGeeks.
The Watch Neo uses a zinc alloy frame and ships with two straps, one black and one orange for users who want a more sporty look. TECNO says the watch carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, which makes it more suitable for outdoor use than a typical fashion-first smartwatch. The design also includes two physical buttons, with a rotating crown-style control highlighted in third-party specification listings.
On the front, the smartwatch has a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display with a 466 x 466 resolution and a quoted peak brightness of 1,000 nits, which TECNO says should help visibility in direct sunlight. TECNO says the watch supports more than 100 sports modes and includes AI-generated watch faces based on text-to-image and image-to-image tools.
