MSI launches a limited-edition Prestige 14 Flip AI+ featuring Vincent van Gogh’s artworks, blending AI technology with collectible art design in a portable premium laptop available in the Philippines.
MSI has used Vincent van Gogh’s work to frame a new premium laptop, turning the Prestige 14 Flip AI+ Vincent van Gogh Edition into a collector-style 2-in-1 rather than a standard business machine. According to MSI’s announcement, the device is now on sale in the Philippines as part of the Artisan Collection, with buyers able to choose between two artworks: “Starry Night Over the Rhône” and “The Starry Night”. The company says the design extends beyond the lid, using layered textures and finishes intended to echo the movement of the paintings rather than simply printing an image on the chassis.
MSI has also tied the visual treatment to the software experience. The company says MSI Center M includes a matching theme for whichever artwork the owner selects, so the customisation continues after boot-up. The laptop ships with a themed bundle that includes a wireless mouse, mouse pads, an ID badge, a sleeve bag, a keyboard cover and special packaging, underlining its positioning as a limited-edition product rather than a routine configuration.
Under the artwork, the machine is built around Intel’s Core Ultra platform and an integrated neural processing unit for on-device AI tasks. MSI says the configuration supports features such as photo editing, image generation, video editing, background noise reduction and live captions without sending data to the cloud. The official specification sheet lists Intel Arc graphics, up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory, a 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, Windows 11 Pro, and a 14-inch FHD+ OLED touchscreen with 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage and MSI Nano Pen support. The port selection includes Wi-Fi 7, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB-A, HDMI 2.1, a 3.5mm audio jack, a fingerprint reader and an IR webcam.
Portability remains central to the design. MSI lists the chassis at 11.9mm to 13.9mm thick and 1.37kg, while the battery is rated at 81Wh with support for 100W fast charging. TechRadar’s review of the standard Prestige 14 Flip AI+ model described the platform as unusually strong on endurance, with battery life lasting more than 30 hours in testing, though it also noted that brightness and reflections on the OLED panel could be improved. In the Philippines, MSI has set the special edition at ₱162,995 and is selling it through Concept stores and authorised retailers, a price that places it firmly in the premium end of the market.
