Jabra Enhance expands its hearing aid range with the M Series, featuring self-tuning, Bluetooth LE Audio, and FDA-cleared autonomous fitting, aiming to disrupt the market with a blend of connectivity and personalised hearing solutions.
Jabra Enhance has expanded its direct-to-consumer hearing range with the M Series, a three-model line led by the Enhance Select M3. The company says the flagship device is its smallest rechargeable micro receiver-in-ear hearing aid and is aimed at more demanding listening settings, where speech can be harder to separate from background noise. The launch also means the Select 50R, 300 and 700 models are being phased out, according to the company’s announcement.
At the centre of the new range is SoundScape, Jabra Enhance’s speech-clarity system. The company says it combines Auto Focus, which prioritises voices in noisy places such as restaurants, with Advanced Adaptive Listening, which continuously rebalances noise reduction and volume. The M Series also adds in-app self-tuning through an FDA-cleared hearing test, allowing users to adjust the devices themselves and repeat the assessment if their hearing changes. Jabra Enhance says that process also gives its audiology team more detail than a standard online screening, because the hearing aids can measure more frequencies and account for ear-canal acoustics before professionals make further programming changes.
The range keeps the brand’s hybrid model, which mixes self-fitting with remote support from licensed hearing professionals. According to Jabra Enhance, customers buying direct or through selected resellers receive three years of virtual audiology services, access to US-based specialists seven days a week, a three-year warranty and loss-and-damage cover, along with lifetime customer support. Direct purchasers also get a 100-day trial.
The M Series is built around modern connectivity rather than only hearing correction. Jabra Enhance says the devices support Bluetooth LE Audio for calls, music and media, TapControl for hands-free calling, Auracast compatibility on supported iOS and Android devices, and a dedicated music mode. Battery life is listed at more than 24 hours per charge, with the charging case providing three further full charges. The M3 is on sale now in six colours, with retail availability due in early October. In June, the US Food and Drug Administration cleared a related Jabra Enhance Select self-fit device, underlining how quickly the category is moving towards more autonomous fitting models.
