DJI has opened pre-orders for the Osmo 360 II in the Philippines, introducing a powerful upgrade featuring higher resolution, better low-light capability, and advanced stabilisation, ahead of a global rollout.
DJI has opened Philippine pre-orders for the Osmo 360 II, bringing its second-generation 360-degree camera to the local market ahead of wider availability. The new model arrives with a stronger emphasis on high-resolution video, low-light performance and in-camera stabilisation, and it follows closely on the original Osmo 360, which was launched in July 2025 and quickly set a benchmark in the category, according to Digital Camera World.
The camera uses dual 1/1.1-inch square CMOS sensors and an f/1.9 aperture, allowing native 8K recording at up to 60 frames per second in 360-degree mode. DJI also says the Osmo 360 II can shoot 120-megapixel panoramic stills at 15,520 x 7,760 and record at up to 220Mbps. In single-lens mode, it supports 4K at up to 120fps, while RockSteady 3.0 and HorizonSteady are included for electronic stabilisation. Gadget’s 360 report said the camera also offers up to 14.5 stops of dynamic range and AI SuperNight 2.0 for darker scenes.
Storage and endurance are similarly aimed at serious users. The camera includes 128GB of built-in storage, of which 105GB is usable, and accepts microSD cards of up to 1TB. DJI says its 2,150mAh battery can deliver up to 100 minutes of 8K/30fps recording under laboratory conditions. The body carries a 2-inch touchscreen and is rated for use at depths of up to 10 metres without a case, or 50 metres with a waterproof housing. TechnoBaboy said replaceable lenses and NFC pairing are also part of the package.
Local pricing starts at PHP35,590 for the Standard Combo, rising to PHP45,890 for the Adventure Combo A. Manilashaker said pre-orders are available through the official DJI Store on Shopee, with availability beginning on September 2. That timeline is broadly in line with overseas reporting: Digital Camera World said DJI is preparing a formal global unveiling on September 3, although it noted that U.S. availability could be affected by regulatory issues.
