Luna has introduced a €150 screenless health tracker that relies on voice interaction via Siri, aiming to disrupt established fitness wearable giants by prioritising hands-free health logging and coaching.
Luna has launched the Band, a screenless health tracker priced at about €150, in a direct challenge to established rivals such as Fitbit and Garmin. The device is designed around voice-driven interaction rather than a display, with the company pitching it as a way to reduce friction in routine health logging and coaching.
On iPhone, Luna says users can use Siri to record meals, symptoms and other entries in its LifeOS software without opening the app. Audio input is handled through the phone or connected earbuds rather than on the bracelet itself, while the band relies mainly on vibration feedback. That means the hands-free experience appears to be strongest for Apple users; the company has not clearly set out an equivalent for Android.
Behind the minimalist design is a conventional sensor package. According to Clubic and the App Store listing for LifeOS, the band uses an optical PPG sensor, skin-temperature sensing and a six-axis inertial unit to track heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen, sleep, steps and an estimated VO₂ max. Luna also says the companion app can surface personalised trends, including sleep stages and baseline comparisons.
The hardware weighs 24 grams, is rated for up to ten days of battery life and carries a 5 ATM water-resistance rating. It supports more than 60 sports profiles, although it automatically recognises only five, and outdoor route tracking depends on the smartphone’s GPS. Reporting from TechAdvisor and Heise suggests Luna is positioning the device between lower-cost fitness bands and pricier sports wearables, while Moneycontrol said the company unveiled it at CES 2026 with no monthly subscription fee.
