Tecno launches the Spark 50 Pro in Pakistan, offering a durable, feature-packed budget handset with a 6,000mAh battery, IP68/IP69 protection, and advanced imaging at PKR 74,999, challenging segment norms.
TECNO has brought the SPARK 50 Pro to Pakistan at a price of PKR 74,999, positioning it as a budget handset that tries to combine features usually spread across higher tiers. The company is pitching the phone as part of its “Never Miss Out” campaign, with a focus on battery life, durability, imaging and faster charging rather than on raw flagship performance.
The main draw is a 6,000mAh battery paired with 60W charging. TECNO says the phone can move from empty to full in about 55 minutes, while a 15-minute top-up is intended to give users enough power for short bursts of use. The company also claims the cell is designed to retain more than 80% of its capacity after 1,900-plus charging cycles, which it says equates to around six years of use. According to TECNO, the phone also supports different charging modes, including a cooler low-temperature option for gaming and video use.
Durability is another major selling point. TECNO says the SPARK 50 Pro carries IP68 and IP69 protection, along with SGS Five-Star Premium Drop certification. That places it among a small number of phones in its segment that are rated for both dust resistance and exposure to high-pressure water. TECNO also says the camera module uses aircraft-grade aluminium, reinforcing the device’s positioning as a rugged mid-range model.
On the imaging side, the phone uses a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 main sensor, while the front camera is 8MP. TECNO says its AI RAW 2.0 processing is intended to improve consistency across daylight, backlit and night scenes, and FlashSnap is designed to freeze fast-moving subjects. Under the hood, the SPARK 50 Pro runs on the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate and ships with Android 16 and TECNO’s AI tools, including an assistant, note-taking and writing features. The phone comes in 8GB plus 128GB memory configuration and is available in Ink Black, Titanium Grey, Dynamic Orange and Midnight Blue through TECNO’s retail network from 10 September.
