INIU is pushing magnetic power banks towards a more practical middle ground: snap-on convenience without the usual penalty of sluggish charging. The company says its new Qi2.2-certified model is built for newer iPhones and can bring a drained handset to around 50 per cent in roughly 30 minutes, which would make it far more useful for short breaks between meetings or while travelling. Industry listings from INIU and retailers describe the charger as a 10,000mAh unit with 25W wireless output and wired USB-C charging as well. According to INIU, that places it among the faster magnetic battery packs now entering the market.
The design emphasis is clearly on portability. INIU says this is its thinnest 10,000mAh magnetic charger so far, and that it remains flight-safe, which matters for frequent flyers who want extra power without carrying a bulky brick. The company also claims the capacity is enough for nearly two full iPhone recharges in everyday use, making it more plausible as an all-day travel companion than many smaller snap-on packs. Best Buy’s product listing likewise presents it as a compact charger aimed at daily carry and travel.
A second selling point is versatility. INIU says the power bank’s wired output reaches 65 watts on its latest model, enough to provide emergency charging for a laptop as well as a phone. Other retailer and product pages list lower wired figures on related versions in the same range, which suggests INIU is positioning the line across different configurations and markets. Either way, the broader pitch is consistent: one accessory intended to handle a phone, tablets and, when necessary, a laptop.
For iPhone owners, the appeal is straightforward. Magnetic charging remains less awkward than cables, but previous versions have often been too slow to be genuinely convenient. Qi2.2 is meant to narrow that gap, and INIU is using that standard to sell speed as much as ease of use. If the company’s claims hold up in practice, this would be one of the more capable magnetic chargers for commuters and travellers who need quick top-ups rather than a full power solution. The key question, as with most battery accessories, will be whether real-world performance matches the headline figures.
