OnePlus has introduced a high-specification 16GB RAM and 512GB storage model of the 13s in India, targeting gamers and multitaskers, with on-sale availability via Amazon India and the official OnePlus store.
OnePlus has added a higher-specification version of the 13s to its Indian line-up, bringing a 16GB RAM and 512GB storage model to market at Rs 68,999. The new variant sits above the existing 12GB configurations and is aimed at users who want more headroom for gaming, multitasking and local storage. Gadgets360 reported that the phone is on sale through Amazon India and the official OnePlus India online store, with an instant discount of up to Rs 2,000 available on select bank credit cards.
The 13s remains a compact flagship built around Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. OnePlus pairs that processor with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage, while the phone’s 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPO ProXDR AMOLED display supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The company also claims 2,160Hz PWM dimming and Aqua Touch 2.0, which is designed to keep the screen responsive even with wet hands. According to the launch details, the handset runs OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15.
The camera setup is unchanged from the earlier models. The rear system combines a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700 main sensor with optical image stabilisation and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera offering 2x optical zoom. A 32-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls. Power comes from a 5,850mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC wired charging, while OnePlus also includes Bypass Charging to reduce heat during gaming by directing power more directly to the system.
Colour options differ slightly by configuration. The new 16GB model is being sold in Black Velvet and Green Silk, while reports from The Tech Outlook and 91Mobiles say Pink Satin is reserved for select lower-memory versions. Beebom’s Gadgets division also noted that buyers may be able to access up to six months of no-cost EMI, depending on the purchase channel and payment method.
