POCO has launched the C95 Pro, a budget smartphone prioritising battery capacity and large display, with a 7,500mAh cell and a competitive price point, catering to mainstream users worldwide.
POCO has unveiled the C95 Pro, a budget-focused smartphone that leans heavily on battery life, a large display and basic durability rather than premium materials or high-end imaging. The company’s global product listing confirms a 6.9-inch HD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, alongside a MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra chipset and HyperOS 3.
The headline feature is the battery. According to GSM Arena and Beebom, the phone carries a 7,500mAh cell with 45W wired charging, and Beebom says it also supports wired reverse charging. That places the C95 Pro among the larger-battery handsets in its class, though it remains a 4G device rather than a 5G model. POCO has not positioned it as a performance phone; instead, the hardware is aimed at mainstream tasks such as messaging, media playback and everyday browsing.
Memory and storage options are modest but practical. POCO lists configurations of up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, with microSD expansion also supported. The camera set-up is equally straightforward, with a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front sensor. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone also carries an IP64 rating, which offers protection against dust and light splashes.
POCO is selling the device in Blue, Black and Green, with pricing set at $169 for the 6GB/128GB version and $199 for the 8GB/256GB model. Reuters-style reporting from local gadget coverage says the handset has been introduced in several global markets, including the European Union and Singapore, but there is still no confirmation of an Indonesian release. For buyers prioritising battery capacity and a large screen over raw performance, the C95 Pro is clearly pitched as a low-cost, long-lasting option.
