UGREEN’s new 2-metre USB-C to USB-C cable featuring a TFT display is now available on Amazon at a lower price, providing high-capacity charging with real-time voltage, current, and power monitoring, tailored for demanding devices like MacBook Pro and gaming laptops.
UGREEN’s 2-metre USB-C to USB-C cable with a built-in TFT display is being sold in an Amazon time sale at 2,542 yen, down from a listed reference price of 3,390 yen. The offer, which AppBank says runs until 11 October 2026 at 23:59, positions the cable as a higher-capacity charging accessory for users who want both fast power delivery and visible charging data at the connector.
The cable supports USB Power Delivery 3.1 and is rated for up to 240W at 48V/5A, making it suitable for demanding devices such as a MacBook Pro or a gaming laptop. UGREEN’s own product information says the cable also includes an E-Marker chip that adjusts current for the connected device and helps protect against overcurrent and overvoltage. The company adds that the design uses a nylon braided jacket and aluminium alloy connectors, with durability claims of more than 10,000 plug-in tests.
What distinguishes this model from a standard charging lead is the display built into the USB-C connector. According to UGREEN’s product listing, the smart touch screen shows voltage, current and power in real time, and users can switch the display orientation with a tap. The listing also says there are six display modes and that the screen can be turned off by holding it for more than two seconds, a useful detail for overnight charging or use in a dark room.
For everyday use, the cable supports data transfer at up to 480Mbps under USB 2.0, which is sufficient for synchronising photos and documents. UGREEN notes, however, that it does not support video output or monitor extension, so it is not intended for docking or display connections. That makes the cable best suited to charging-focused setups, particularly for buyers who want to monitor charging behaviour rather than simply supply power.
