KUXIU’s D5 turns a 25W three-device charger into a desk display

The D5 combines 25W Qi2.2 charging with a live colour display, active cooling and a retractable Apple Watch arm in a compact desktop design.

KUXIU’s D5 Qi2.2 25W 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station is designed for people who want to reduce cable clutter without sacrificing desk space or visibility. The company says the charger can power a smartphone, Apple Watch and earbuds at the same time, while the burgundy finish gives it a more restrained, furniture-like appearance than many plain plastic charging docks. It is a small object, but one aimed squarely at the modern workstation, where a charger is expected to be both functional and presentable.

A defining feature is its front-facing colour display, which shows live charging data including input voltage, current and power. KUXIU also says the screen indicates the charging status of each connected device individually, which should help users see at a glance whether a phone, watch or earbuds are actually taking power. The display can double as a desk clock after pairing with a phone over Bluetooth, and it includes animated expressions, a detail that adds personality, though it may also be a distraction for some users.

The hardware itself is more flexible than many competing three-in-one stands. The phone pad can sit flat or angle upwards, so it can function as a viewing stand during charging. The Apple Watch arm is motorised and retractable, extending from the side when needed and disappearing again when not in use. KUXIU says the hidden mechanism is activated by holding the touch control, a choice that keeps the dock compact when all three charging positions are not in use.

Thermal management is another central selling point. The station includes an active cooling fan, which KUXIU says is intended to keep charging temperatures under control and reduce the likelihood of heat-related slowdowns. That does not override the limits built into phone software, however; Apple says iPhone charging may be capped above 80% if the battery becomes too warm. In other words, the fan may improve conditions, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted fast charging in every environment.

KUXIU rates the phone side at up to 25W for compatible devices, with separate 5W outputs for the watch and earbuds. The wording matters: the higher figure depends on the handset supporting Qi2.2 at that speed, while the watch module is built specifically for Apple Watch rather than a broader smartwatch standard. Earbuds also need a case that supports wireless charging. According to KUXIU, the station measures roughly 2.91 by 2.95 by 4.25 inches, includes a 45W power adapter and a one-metre cable, and is offered with a burgundy body and gold-toned side accent. The result is a desktop charger that aims to be less intrusive than a cluster of separate bricks and leads, while still giving users real-time information and a tidy footprint.
