The wired Super Mouse combines conventional pointing controls with a 3.1-inch touchscreen, macros and app-specific shortcuts, but shipments are not expected until February 2027.
Arctic Fox Technologies has unveiled the Super Mouse, a wired computer mouse that tries to merge pointing-device, macro pad and shortcut controller functions into one unit. According to reporting by Analytics Insight and Digital Trends, the device centres on a 3.1-inch touchscreen with a 720 x 720 pixel resolution, placed beneath the usual left and right buttons and the scroll wheel. Two customisable Hyper Keys sit alongside it, giving the mouse a layout that is closer to a compact control surface than a conventional office peripheral.
The touchscreen is intended to surface app commands, launchers and macros without requiring users to move away from the mouse. Arctic Fox says the Control Panel can store up to 16 items and can change according to the application in use. That means editing tools, playback controls or other workflow-specific actions can appear when needed, rather than remaining fixed to a single set of shortcuts. The company also says its Flow desktop software can be used to tailor controls for programmes the mouse does not identify automatically.
The broader feature set is aimed at users who want to compress several desk accessories into one device. Notebookcheck reported that the Super Mouse also includes Google Calendar integration, voice-to-text input, multiple user profiles, focus timers, productivity tracking and a built-in gyroscope for presentation control or video playback. The device is described as compatible with Windows and macOS, and is offered in Divine Yellow, Cloud White and Drone Gray.
There are, however, clear trade-offs. The Super Mouse does not support wireless operation and must remain connected to a computer by USB-C for both power and use. Arctic Fox has placed the device on Kickstarter with a starting price of $199, while some reports say retail pricing is expected to rise to $249 later. Deliveries are currently projected to begin in February 2027, making the product as notable for its ambition as for its unconventional design.
