Dreame Technology leverages Amazon’s upcoming sale to significantly slash prices on its robot vacuums and lifestyle products, aiming to strengthen its foothold in India’s competitive market amid heavy discounting.
Amazon’s Great Freedom Festival sale, due to begin on 7 August, is set to bring sharper prices on a range of Dreame Technology products, with the company lowering rates across robot vacuum cleaners, stick vacuums, wet-and-dry models and hair dryers. The offers come as India’s home-appliance market continues to see heavier discounting around major online sales events, with Dreame using the promotion to push deeper into a category it entered in late 2023.
The steepest cut appears on the Dreame D9 Max, whose price has been reduced from ₹29,999 to ₹14,999. Other robot vacuums will also be marked down, including the D10 Plus Gen 2 at ₹23,499, down from a launch price of ₹39,999, and the L10 Prime at ₹34,999, compared with ₹45,999 earlier. In the premium range, the L50s Pro Ultra has been trimmed slightly to ₹77,999 from ₹79,999, while the L50 Ultra CE, D30 Ultra and D20 Ultra will be sold at ₹59,999, ₹49,999 and ₹44,999 respectively.
Dreame is also extending the sale to cleaning devices beyond robot vacuums. The R10 Pro stick vacuum has fallen from ₹25,999 to ₹15,999, while the R20 will be available for ₹24,999. The H12 Core and H12 Dual wet-and-dry cleaners are also included in the promotions. For grooming buyers, the Gleam Hair Dryer and Glory Hair Dryer will start at ₹5,999.
The discounts may be supplemented by bank deals, cashback and no-cost EMI options, although the final payable amount will vary depending on the card issuer and the offer applied. Gadgets 360 noted that during Amazon’s broader summer sale, HDFC Bank cardholders could get up to 10% instant discount, while Amazon Pay ICICI credit card users were eligible for up to 5% off, underlining how much the checkout price can differ from the headline markdown.
Dreame has been steadily increasing its presence in India’s smart-home market and has used earlier Amazon sales to promote similar products. Moneycontrol reported that the brand offered discounts of up to 68% during the Amazon Great Summer Sale in May and up to 60% around Prime Day 2026 in July, while an earlier Republic Day promotion featured reductions of up to 72%. The recurring sales pattern suggests the company is leaning on heavy festival-season pricing to build share in a competitive market for automated cleaning devices and related lifestyle products. Shoppers, however, would still be wise to compare prices across platforms and check historical trends before buying.
