Gigabyte’s Aero X16 is being sold as a 16-inch machine aimed at both gamers and creators, and the current deal places it among the better-equipped mid-range options in the company’s line-up. Notebookcheck says the Aero X16 1WH93DEC64AH is listed by major retailers at €1,649, with Windows 11 Home preinstalled and a specification sheet that leans towards mixed use rather than pure gaming.
The core hardware is led by AMD’s Ryzen AI 7 350, an eight-core, 16-thread processor, alongside Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU. Tom’s Hardware and PC Gamer both note that the graphics chip is paired with an 85W power limit, which helps explain why the machine is competitive for mainstream gaming and content work without reaching the higher frame rates or render speeds of more aggressively powered rivals. The system ships with 32GB of DDR5-5600 memory in dual-channel mode and a 1TB SSD, and the memory is upgradeable.
Gigabyte has also given the Aero X16 a practical display. Notebookcheck describes a 16-inch IPS panel with a 2,560 x 1,600 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 165Hz refresh rate, plus sRGB coverage and Pantone validation.
