Rollme has widened its budget smartwatch line-up with two new AI-focused models that place voice assistance and basic health tracking alongside low prices. According to Gizmochina, the new AI Watch 2 and AI Watch 3 are aimed at everyday users who want Apple Watch-style features without the premium cost, with entry prices starting at $39.99. The launch arrives as the wearable market continues to split between low-cost devices and more capable mainstream watches from brands such as Google and Xiaomi.
The two models differ mainly in shape and display size. The AI Watch 2 uses a square 1.99-inch screen, while the AI Watch 3 adopts a round 1.45-inch panel. Both are built from aerospace-grade aluminium alloy and are said to offer high brightness for easier outdoor viewing. Rollme is positioning the watches as compatible with both Android and iOS, with support for call handling and quick replies in apps including WhatsApp and Telegram.
A key selling point is the inclusion of AI assistants based on ChatGPT, DeepSeek and Grok. That puts the watches in a niche that remains unusual at this price point, where most rivals focus on health metrics and notifications rather than on-device conversational tools. The watches also include standard wellness functions such as heart-rate tracking, blood-oxygen monitoring, sleep analysis, female health tracking and calorie counting, along with exercise modes for activities such as running, cycling and walking.
Battery life is another part of the pitch. Rollme says the series can last up to 14 days on standby, and both models are rated at 3 atmospheres of water resistance, which is enough for swimming. The low starting price makes the watches notable among AI-enabled wearables, especially when compared with more expensive devices such as Google’s Pixel Watch 3, which offers a brighter display, deeper health sensing and a much higher retail price. Rollme has not claimed the kind of advanced fitness or medical-grade features found in premium models, but its new watches underline how quickly AI functions are spreading into the budget wearable segment.
