TCL has expanded its smartphone portfolio in the Philippines with the introduction of the NXTPAPER 70 Pro and K70 Power 4G, aiming to combine affordable pricing with eye-friendly displays and advanced features amid a broader international rollout.
TCL has expanded its smartphone line-up in the Philippines with the NXTPAPER 70 Pro and K70 Power 4G, adding two devices that sit below the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra but target different buyers. The company is leaning on a familiar formula: an anti-glare NXTPAPER display on one model, and a more affordable large-screen handset on the other, both with 5,200mAh batteries and Android 16.
The NXTPAPER 70 Pro is the more capable of the pair. TCL says it uses a 6.9-inch FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, designed to reduce eye strain and support long reading sessions. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 chip, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, with expansion support of up to 2TB via microSD. TCL also lists a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 32MP front camera, along with stereo speakers and USB-C 33W charging.
The K70 Power 4G is positioned as the cheaper option. TCL says it has a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Helio G100 Turbo processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, plus microSD support up to 2TB. Its camera system is simpler, with a 50MP main sensor, a macro lens and a low-resolution auxiliary sensor, while the front camera is 8MP. It also includes stereo speakers and 33W charging over USB-C.
Pricing in the Philippines is set at PHP 22,995 for the NXTPAPER 70 Pro and PHP 9,495 for the K70 Power 4G. TCL has already detailed both models on its global product pages, which confirm the specifications and position them as part of a wider international roll-out. That broader launch strategy suggests the Philippines is one of several markets receiving the phones after TCL first introduced the NXTPAPER 70 Pro earlier in the year. According to Android Central, the NXTPAPER 70 Pro was unveiled at CES 2026 and was slated for sale in multiple regions.
