TCL’s new 65-inch C6K model combines advanced QLED and Mini LED technology with competitive pricing during Amazon’s shopping event, promising high performance for gaming, films, and sports enthusiasts.
Amazon’s 8/8 sale has put TCL’s 65-inch C6K in sharp focus, with the television listed at R$3,665.06 for Pix payments and free delivery for Prime members in Brazil. The discount is notable because the C6K sits above entry-level QLED sets by combining QLED with Mini LED backlighting, a pairing that usually appears in more expensive models. According to the product details cited by Canaltech, it also includes 4K resolution, Google TV, HDR support, four HDMI inputs, Bluetooth and gaming-oriented features.
The appeal of the C6K is not just the headline price. TCL says the 65-inch model uses QD-Mini LED technology with up to 512 dimming zones, paired with an HVA panel and the company’s AiPQ Pro processor. In practical terms, that gives the set finer control over light and dark areas of the picture, which should improve contrast, particularly in films and series watched in dim rooms. Against alternatives such as TCL’s cheaper P7K and Samsung’s Q7F, the C6K looks like the more rounded option for buyers who want a large-screen set without moving into premium pricing. The P7K saves money but drops to 60Hz native refresh, while Samsung’s Q7F brings the Tizen platform and AI features but also stays at 60Hz and offers fewer HDMI ports. On that basis, Canaltech’s view is that the C6K offers the best balance of picture quality, gaming support and connectivity for the money, especially for anyone looking for a 65-inch TV for films, sport and console or PC gaming.
