Leaked prices for the upcoming Google Pixel 11 series reveal higher starting costs across all models, as the tech giant prepares for its August launch event at 3:00 pm EST, indicating a more premium flagship range ahead of release.
Google is set to unveil the Pixel 11 family later on Tuesday, and the most closely watched detail before the launch is price. Gizbot, citing trusted sources, said the Indian starting price for the standard Pixel 11 is expected to rise to ₹89,999, while the Pixel 11 Pro XL could begin at ₹1,19,999 and the larger Pixel 11 Pro XL at ₹1,34,999. The foldable Pixel 11 Pro Fold is tipped to cost ₹1,86,999. That would mean increases across the range, with Google also moving the base storage tier up to 256GB on the non-folding models and 512GB on the foldable. Gizbot also reported that the launch event is scheduled for 3 pm EST on August 12, which would be 3:30 am IST on August 13.
The pricing leak broadly matches other reports pointing to a more expensive Pixel line this year. Gadgets 360 and 91mobiles both described leaked storage options, colour variants and model names ahead of the debut, while The Times of India said the higher prices are being linked to global memory costs. Shakil Barkat, Google’s vice-president of hardware, had already suggested that memory inflation would affect pricing, according to Gizbot’s report.
On specifications, the Pixel 11 series is expected to centre on Google’s Tensor G6 chip and Titan M3 security hardware. The standard Pixel 11 is tipped to have a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 4,985mAh battery, 30W charging and Qi2 support. Camera hardware is expected to include a 48-megapixel main sensor and a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera.
The Pixel 11 Pro is said to step up to a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED panel with a 1Hz to 120Hz refresh rate and 3,600-nit peak brightness. It may pair a 4,850mAh battery with a triple-camera system made up of a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 48-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 48-megapixel 5x telephoto unit, with zoom reportedly reaching 120x. The Pixel 11 Pro XL is expected to use a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display, a 5,115mAh battery and 45W charging, with the same camera arrangement as the Pro.
The foldable Pixel 11 Pro Fold is tipped to be the most expensive and most storage-rich model in the line-up, with an 8-inch inner display, a 6.4-inch cover screen, 30W charging, Qi2 support and up to 1TB of storage. Its camera system is expected to include a 48-megapixel main sensor, a 10.5-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 10.8-megapixel 5x periscope telephoto camera. Official prices, launch offers and India availability should become clear during or shortly after the event.
