boAt launches the Nirvana Zenith Pro in India, combining advanced noise cancellation, long battery life, and multi-device connectivity in a budget-friendly true wireless earbud aimed at users seeking more than basic features.
boAt has positioned the Nirvana Zenith Pro as a value-led pair of true wireless earbuds with an unusual feature set for the price. The model has launched in India at ₹2,999, with sales available through Amazon, Flipkart, boAt’s own website and select stores. At that level, it is aimed squarely at buyers who want more than the usual basics from a budget audio product.
According to boAt’s product listing, the earbuds combine 12mm dynamic drivers with support for LDAC, AAC and SBC, alongside Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification. The headline audio feature is hybrid adaptive active noise cancellation rated at up to 50dB, with touch controls and app settings that let users switch between Normal, Ambient and ANC modes. The app also breaks cancellation into several levels, which is uncommon in this segment.
The earphones also focus on call handling and everyday convenience. boAt says the Zenith Pro uses six microphones with AI-powered ENx noise reduction, plus multipoint connectivity for two devices at once. Bluetooth 5.3 handles wireless connection, while spatial audio and a BEAST gaming mode with 60ms latency round out the feature list. The earbuds are also rated IPX4 for protection against sweat and light rain.
Battery life is another key selling point, although the figure depends heavily on how the earbuds are used. boAt quotes up to 80 hours of playback with ANC off, AAC selected and volume at 60 per cent, while the total drops when ANC or LDAC is enabled. The case carries a 600mAh battery, and boAt says a 10-minute charge can deliver 250 minutes of listening. A full charge takes around 35 minutes for the earbuds and just under two hours for the case over USB-C.
In a crowded sub-₹3,000 market, the Nirvana Zenith Pro is trying to compete on breadth rather than one standout specification alone. Rival models from Redmi, OnePlus and Noise typically lean on one or two strengths, such as battery life or noise cancellation. Reviewers have praised the Zenith Pro’s sound, battery life and design, while noting that the companion app could be improved and that the fit may not suit every ear shape.
