Dell Alienware 15 hits record-low price during Prime Day deal

Dell’s Alienware 15 gaming laptop is available at a historic low of €899 on Amazon during Prime Day, marking a significant price cut for a powerful mid-range gaming machine featuring Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5050 GPU.

Dell’s Alienware 15 gaming laptop is being sold on Amazon for €899 during the Prime Day promotion, a price that Notebookcheck says is a record low for this configuration. The deal applies to a model that only reached the German market in September at €1,149, making the current offer a sharp cut for a machine positioned in Dell’s mid-range gaming line.

The discounted version pairs Intel’s Core 7 240H with Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop GPU, backed by 8GB of GDDR7 memory. It also comes with a 15.3-inch display running at 165Hz and support for 100-watt USB-C Power Delivery, specifications that place it above entry-level gaming notebooks while still keeping the price below the usual premium Alienware bracket.

Notebookcheck says the RTX 5050 configuration is the cheapest member of Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5000 mobile family, but its own gaming benchmarks suggest it is still capable of handling demanding titles at 1,080p with high detail settings. The publication cites games such as “Anno 117: Pax Romana”, “Call of Duty Black Ops 7”, “The Outer Worlds 2” and “The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered” as examples of the level of performance the laptop can sustain.

Other deal trackers echo the same pricing and add that the offer is time-limited, with one listing saying it runs until 7 October 2026. They also note that the reduction amounts to €180 versus the standard €1,079 asking price shown on Amazon, reinforcing the view that this is currently the lowest widely reported price for the Alienware 15 RTX 5050 model.
