Dell has launched a new XPS 13 configuration in India with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, a 2.5K touchscreen and Wi-Fi 7, with prices rising to Rs. 2,41,990.
Dell has brought a new XPS 13 configuration to India, extending the range with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors and positioning the model as a premium ultraportable for buyers who want a compact machine with newer connectivity and a high-resolution touchscreen. The laptop is now listed through Dell’s own online store in Sky colour, with the company targeting users looking for a lightweight Windows device rather than a mainstream value model. According to reports from Gadgets 360, 91mobiles and FoneArena, the update keeps the XPS 13 aligned with Dell’s thin-and-light design language while adding fresh internals and revised configuration choices.
The entry price is Rs. 1,80,990 for a version with 16GB of LPDDR5 memory and 512GB of SSD storage. A second option pairs 16GB of RAM with 1TB of storage and is priced at Rs. 2,00,990, while the top configuration with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage costs Rs. 2,41,990. Pricing and availability details reported by several Indian technology outlets indicate that Dell is selling the machine directly in the country rather than through a broader retail rollout at launch.
On the specification side, the XPS 13 uses Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 processors with integrated Intel graphics. It has a 13.4-inch InfinityEdge touchscreen with a 2.5K resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, an adaptive refresh rate that ranges from 30Hz to 120Hz, and a peak brightness rating of 500 nits. FoneArena said the panel supports 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage, while other reports noted that the display is intended to maximise screen space in a compact chassis.
Dell has paired the hardware with a CNC-machined aluminium body that weighs about 1kg and measures roughly 12.7mm thick, according to FoneArena and Gizbot. The laptop includes a glass touchpad, a capacitive touch function row, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and a 2-megapixel IR webcam with Windows Hello support. It ships with Windows 11 Home, a 52Wh battery and a 65W adapter, and Dell is bundling Microsoft Office Home 2024 together with a one-year Microsoft 365 Basic subscription, making the machine firmly aimed at premium productivity buyers.
