At its Made by Google 2026 event, Google unveiled the Pixel 11 series, Pixel Watch 5, Pixel Tag, and new AI features emphasising accessibility, health tracking, and seamless integration across devices.
Google used its Made by Google 2026 event to widen its hardware line-up, unveiling the Pixel 11 family, the Pixel Watch 5 and a new tracker called Pixel Tag, while also putting a sharper focus on Gemini-powered software features across its devices. The company also highlighted accessibility and voice tools intended to make its phones easier to use in everyday conversations.
Among the most notable additions was support for American Sign Language, with Google saying the Pixel Camera can translate sign language into text. That puts accessibility deeper into the camera experience and could help users communicate more naturally in mixed-sign settings. Google also introduced a new voice-input feature called Rambler, designed to understand more conversational speech, including unfinished sentences, filler words and less structured phrasing.
The company further expanded Circle to Search on Pixel devices, allowing users to access it directly from the camera interface. That means a person can point the camera at an object, identify it, translate text or ask questions about what is in front of them without leaving the camera app. The feature is part of a broader push to make Google’s AI tools feel more embedded in routine tasks rather than separate from them.
On hardware, the Pixel 11 line includes the standard Pixel 11, the Pixel 11 Pro, the Pixel 11 Pro XL and the folding Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Google said the new camera bar on the base model is more than 40% slimmer than before, while the foldable is lighter and 1mm thinner than its predecessor. Industry previews had also pointed to a new Tensor G6 chip, more storage and a possible price increase, although Google’s event focused more on the product range and design changes than on a full technical breakdown.
The Pixel Watch 5 is positioned as a more health-focused update. Google said its Health app will provide monthly summaries of blood pressure trends and insulin resistance trends, giving users longer-term pattern tracking rather than only day-to-day readings. The watch was introduced in 41mm and 45mm sizes, with starting prices of ₹42,900 and ₹45,900 respectively.
Google also moved into the item-tracking market with Pixel Tag, a small locator that works with the Android Find Hub network. The tag is meant for keys, wallets and luggage, and users can view its location in the Find Hub app. Priced at ₹3,799 for one unit or ₹12,900 for a four-pack, it is clearly aimed at Apple’s AirTag category, where tight ecosystem integration has been a major selling point.
