Google has launched its Pixel 11 range, introducing new models and increased prices, with notable changes in configurations and colour options amid a broader device line-up update.
Google has unveiled the Pixel 11 range, adding a standard model, two Pro versions and a new Fold, while leaving the Pixel 11a out of the launch for now. According to reports from The Verge, CNET, Android Central, TechRadar, Tom’s Guide and Engadget, the phones are available to pre-order now, with first shipments due on August 20.
The most notable change is price. Across the line-up, Google has lifted starting prices by $100 compared with the 2025 models, a rise that will make the new generation less accessible at entry level. In the US, the Pixel 11 starts at $900, the Pixel 11 Pro at $1,100, the Pixel 11 Pro XL at $1,300 and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold at $1,900.
Google is also narrowing some of the configuration choices. The three non-folding models now begin with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the Pro phones can still be bought with 16GB of RAM, but only on the higher-capacity 512GB and 1TB versions. The Fold, by contrast, carries 16GB of RAM across its storage tiers, though not every colour and memory combination is being sold in every market.
Colour options vary by model. The standard Pixel 11 comes in Frost, Hibiscus, Pistachio and Obsidian. The Pro and Pro XL are offered in Canyon, Olive, Fog and Obsidian. The Fold is limited to Olive and Obsidian, which suggests Google is keeping the foldable line more restrained both in pricing and in customisation.
The higher pricing is not limited to phones. The Pixel Watch 5 has gained $50, bringing the 41mm Bluetooth model to $400, while a Steph Curry-branded version is priced at $580. Google’s new Tag is set at $30.
