Google announces its Pixel 11 series in India, introducing a range of high-end models including a foldable version priced at nearly ₹1.87 lakh, signalling a shift towards more premium offerings in a competitive market.
Google has set India pricing for its Pixel 11 range, opening with the standard Pixel 11 at ₹89,999 for the 12GB and 256GB version. A 512GB model will cost ₹1,04,999. The phone will be sold in Pistachio, Hibiscus, Frost and Obsidian, according to Gizbot’s report on the launch details. The broader line-up also includes the Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold, extending Google’s premium handset strategy in one of its most competitive markets.
At the top end, the Pixel 11 Pro starts at ₹1,19,999 and rises to ₹1,34,999 for the 512GB version, while the Pixel 11 Pro XL is priced from ₹1,34,999 and goes up to ₹1,49,999. Gizbot reported that both Pro models will be offered in Canyon, Fog, Olive and matte Obsidian finishes. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold sits above the rest of the range at ₹1,86,999, sold only as a 16GB and 512GB model in Olive, making it Google’s most expensive Pixel phone in India.
Availability begins on August 20 for the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL through the Google Store, Flipkart and authorised retail partners. The Pro Fold is already up for pre-order through Flipkart and the Google India online store. Google is pairing the launch with HDFC Bank credit card EMI discounts of up to ₹10,000, No-Cost EMI for up to 24 months, exchange bonuses of up to ₹9,000 and a six-month Google AI Pro subscription.
The pricing structure suggests Google is pushing deeper into the premium segment while still leaving a lower entry point for buyers who want the core Pixel experience. That aligns with earlier reporting that the line-up would start with 256GB storage rather than 128GB, which would mark a shift from the Pixel 10 series. Reports before launch also pointed to four colour options for the standard and Pro models and renewed speculation around Google’s Tensor G6 processor, underlining how much of the Pixel pitch now rests on software, AI tools and higher base storage rather than aggressive pricing alone.
