The Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G has gone on sale in India at a starting price of ₹22,999, featuring a 6.76-inch display with 144Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, and innovative Active Matrix Cube notification panel.
The Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G has now gone on sale in India, with the company setting an introductory price of ₹22,999 for the 6GB and 128GB model, including bank offers. Before launch, some reports had placed the phone in the sub-₹25,000 bracket, while others had suggested a slightly lower starting point; the final pricing is now confirmed. The handset will also be sold in an 8GB and 128GB version, and customers can choose from Silk Glow Purple, Dive Blue, Thermo Orange and Mirage Green. It will be available through Flipkart and offline retail stores, with no-cost EMI options of up to nine months.
The phone is positioned around a 6.76-inch Full HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch-sampling rate and claimed peak brightness of up to 910 nits. Infinix says the panel also includes eye-care tools and Motion Sickness Relief, and the company claims a screen-to-body ratio of 91.86 per cent. Under the hood, it uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 7100 5G chip with a Mali-G57 graphics processor and UFS 2.2 storage. Infinix says the device is tuned for gaming at up to 90fps in supported titles and has scored more than 780,000 on AnTuTu.
On the rear, the Hot 70 Pro 5G carries a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, 2x lossless zoom and AI-assisted features such as Live Photo, Eraser and Extender, plus a one-tap vlog mode. There is an 8-megapixel front camera. Its most unusual feature is the Active Matrix Cube, a light-based panel that can show alerts for calls, messages, charging, low battery, camera use, countdowns and weather, even when the handset is face down. The phone runs XOS 16 based on Android 16 and is promised three major OS upgrades and five years of security patches. Power comes from a 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging and 10W reverse charging, which Infinix says can reach 50 per cent in about 25 minutes and a full charge in roughly 63 minutes.
