iQOO has officially announced the upcoming unveiling of the Neo 11 Ultra in China on August 10, promising high-end features including a 9,000mAh battery and a 2K OLED display, positioning it as a premium model in the Neo series.
iQOO has confirmed that the Neo 11 Ultra will be unveiled in China on August 10, positioning the handset as the latest entry in its Neo line and shifting the focus away from earlier leaks that had used the Neo 11S name. The company has not yet published a full specification sheet, but the timing alone confirms that iQOO is moving ahead with a higher-end model in the series. According to MyMobileIndia, the phone is being presented as a distinct Ultra variant rather than a minor refresh.
Leaked benchmark and certification listings point to a phone built around MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip, alongside 16GB of RAM and Android 16. The same reports also indicate support for 100W wired charging, which would place the device among the faster-charging phones in its class. MyMobileIndia says the model number V2545A was seen on Geekbench in June, while the 3C certification filing backed up the charging claim.
Other reported hardware suggests a strong emphasis on endurance and display quality. The Neo 11 Ultra is said to feature a 6.83-inch flat OLED panel with 2K resolution, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader and a 9,000mAh battery. If accurate, that battery would be unusually large for a performance-focused smartphone and could make it the biggest cell ever used in an iQOO Neo device. The handset is also expected to come in Light White, Shadow Black and Wind Chaser finishes, with metal framing and IP68 dust and water resistance adding to its premium positioning.
The launch comes as iQOO continues to build out the Neo range with clearly differentiated variants. Gadgets 360 reports that the standard Neo 11 is being prepared separately, with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a 7,500mAh battery and 100W charging, underlining that the Ultra model is likely to sit above it in battery capacity and potentially in overall hardware ambition. That split suggests iQOO is using the Neo series to serve both performance buyers and users who prioritise longer battery life.
