Lenovo introduces its latest Legion 5i, Legion 5a, and LOQ 15AHP11 gaming laptops in India, featuring Nvidia’s RTX 50 Series GPUs, new Intel and AMD processors, and AI-based performance tuning, targeting gamers, students, and creators.
Lenovo has brought its latest Legion 5i, Legion 5a and LOQ 15AHP11 gaming laptops to India, extending its Gen 11 range with a focus on high-end gaming, creative work and everyday multitasking. The launch centres on NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs, alongside newer Intel and AMD processors and Lenovo’s AI-based performance tuning. According to reports from 91mobiles and MySmartPrice, the line-up is pitched at gamers, students and creators who want more than a basic gaming notebook.
The Legion 5i is the flagship model and the most capable of the three. Lenovo says it can be configured with up to Intel Core Ultra 9 and Core Ultra 7 processors, paired with RTX 50 Series graphics, 32GB of DDR5 memory and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage. The laptop uses a 15.3-inch WQXGA OLED panel with a 165Hz refresh rate and up to 500 nits brightness, while its AI Engine+ combines dual LA1 and LA3 chips to adjust system behaviour according to workload. Lenovo also lists Legion Coldfront: Hyper cooling, an 80Wh battery with Rapid Charge Pro, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and a swappable rear cover.
The Legion 5a is the AMD-powered alternative. It carries the same 15.3-inch WQXGA OLED display and similar thermal and connectivity features, but is built around the AMD Ryzen 7 250 processor and can be configured with either an RTX 5060 or RTX 5050 Laptop GPU. Lenovo says its single LA1 AI Core is intended to refine power and performance settings for high-frame-rate gaming and multitasking. The LOQ 15AHP11 sits below the Legion pair, using AMD Ryzen 200 Series processors and RTX 50 Series graphics in a more affordable chassis. It offers either a WQXGA 180Hz IPS panel or a WUXGA 165Hz IPS display, Hyperchamber Cooling, a 60Wh battery and a 2.1kg weight.
Lenovo is positioning all three machines around Nvidia’s Blackwell-based graphics architecture, with support for DLSS 4, Reflex 2 and Studio features for content creation and rendering. The company says the RTX 5060 Laptop GPU delivers up to 572 AI TOPS, while the RTX 5050 reaches up to 440 AI TOPS. It is also offering Legion Ultimate Support, including 24/7 help by phone, chat and email, plus mail-in or on-site repair support at no extra cost. In India, pricing starts at Rs 1,99,990 for the LOQ 15AHP11, Rs 2,25,990 for the Legion 5a and Rs 2,65,990 for the Legion 5i, with sales through Lenovo’s online store, brand outlets and selected retailers.
