Panasonic Connect launches Lets Note NC7 with AI support and 16.5-hour battery for versatile portability

Panasonic Connect has introduced the new 13.3-inch Let’s Note NC7, combining lightweight design, AI features, and long battery life, as part of its 30th anniversary celebrations for the renowned laptop series.

Panasonic Connect has expanded its Let’s Note range with the NC7, a 13.3-inch model that sits between the mobility-focused 12.4-inch SC7 and the larger 14-inch FC7. The company said the new machine is aimed at users who want a balance of portability and practicality, and it will go on sale on 18 November through Panasonic Store Plus only, with prices starting at ¥331,100.

The NC7 keeps the core characteristics long associated with the Let’s Note line: a light chassis, a durable build and long battery life. Panasonic Connect says the notebook weighs about 1.005kg in its standard configuration, rising slightly when LTE or 5G connectivity is fitted, while video playback battery life is rated at about 16.5 hours. The display uses a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 1,920 x 1,200 resolution, giving it a format that is more suitable for document work and multitasking than older 16:9 panels. Charging features include a “while working 30-minute charging” mode, designed to reduce downtime during the day.

Inside, the machine uses Intel’s Core Ultra Series 3 processors and meets Copilot+ PC requirements, which means it supports Microsoft’s on-device AI features such as Recall and Click to do. Panasonic is offering memory configurations from 16GB to 64GB, with storage options from 512GB up to 2TB, and up to 4TB in the premium edition. Wireless WAN options include LTE and 5G, and the camera supports Windows Hello face authentication, a privacy shutter and vHDR. The specification list also includes two Thunderbolt 4-capable USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, a LAN connector and a headset jack.

Panasonic Connect is also using the NC7 launch to reinforce the 30th anniversary of the Let’s Note brand, which began in June 1996. Among the special touches are NC7-only colour finishes called Floral Gold and Foliage Green, while SC7 and FC7 buyers can choose a limited Turquoise Glow top cover. The company is also running a second anniversary campaign on Panasonic Store Plus, including a ¥15,000 discount on custom SC7 and FC7 models, alongside other offers detailed on its sales site.
