Poco has launched the compact X8s globally with a 6.35-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, 6,330mAh battery and 100W charging.
Poco has added the X8s to its global smartphone line-up, positioning it as a compact model in a market still dominated by larger handsets. The company’s own product page describes the device as a 6.35-inch phone with a 1.5K AMOLED panel, 120Hz adaptive refresh, 3,500-nit peak brightness and 1.18mm bezels, while GSMArena reports that it arrives in Blue, Black and White finishes. The X8s is built around Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, a 4nm chip that Poco says is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. FoneArena’s coverage adds that the handset uses Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The same report says connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 6 or 6E depending on region, Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC. (po.co)
Photography hardware is led by a 50MP Light Fusion 800 main camera with optical image stabilisation, joined by a 50MP telephoto lens and an 8MP ultra-wide unit. Poco’s official materials also list a 20MP front camera, though Cinco Días reported a 32MP selfie camera in its own coverage, showing that some regional or editorial listings may differ. The battery specification is more consistent: Poco advertises a 6,330mAh silicon-carbon cell with 100W wired charging and 22.5W reverse charging, with early-bird pricing set at $399 for the 8GB/256GB version and $499 for the 12GB/512GB model.
