realme has begun teasing the 16T 5G as a battery-first addition to its line-up, with the company highlighting an 8,000mAh Titan Battery and a seven-year battery health guarantee. realme says the hand set is designed to keep its capacity and day-to-day performance stable for longer than a typical smartphone battery, positioning durability as a central selling point rather than an afterthought.
The official realme listings in India and Malaysia describe the 16T 5G as capable of delivering up to three days of power in one market and up to two days in another, suggesting that usage patterns and local testing conditions may differ. Both versions also point to a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 AI camera, a 6.8-inch 144Hz display, IP69 Pro water resistance and military-grade shock resistance, underlining the company’s effort to pair endurance with mainstream premium features.
According to realme’s specification page, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The display is rated at 1200 nits peak brightness, while charging support includes 45W SUPERVOOC, Bypass Charge and Reverse Charge. Those functions are intended to reduce heat while plugged in and allow the device to share power with accessories or other phones when needed.
A separate teaser published by fan site The Fanboy SEO says blind pre-orders will run from 17 August to 27 August 2026, with claimed units available on the first selling day on 4 September 2026. It also says early buyers will receive bundled offers worth ₱8,097, including a Bluetooth speaker, a hair dryer, an extended warranty and screen protection, plus a ₱2,000 discount. realme has not yet disclosed final pricing or full market availability.
