Rollme has launched two affordable AI-focused smartwatches, featuring quick reply functions and sleek designs, challenging established brands in the entry-level segment.
Rollme has expanded its budget wearable line-up with two new smartwatches that lean heavily on artificial intelligence branding, according to Notebookcheck. The AI Watch 2 uses a square 1.99-inch HD display, while the AI Watch 3 opts for a 1.45-inch round screen. Despite the different form factors, both are priced at $39.99, or about €34, and both promise quick replies for WhatsApp and Telegram alongside access to AI chat functions.
The company appears to have skipped a generation in the naming scheme, with no AI Watch 1 listed in its portfolio or explained on the product pages. The AI Watch 2 comes in a square aluminium alloy case and carries a 520mAh battery, while the AI Watch 3 is slightly smaller, with a 360 x 360-pixel display and a 500mAh battery. Both watches are rated to 3ATM water resistance and support Bluetooth calling, making them closer to entry-level connected watches than premium health devices.
Rollme is pitching the models as affordable alternatives in a market where major brands such as Xiaomi, Google and OnePlus sell watches with brighter AMOLED panels, more advanced sensors and deeper platform integration at much higher prices. Compared with devices like the Redmi Watch 3 and the Pixel Watch 3, the Rollme pair is far more basic on paper, but the low price and AI-focused messaging may help it stand out among bargain wearables. The AI Watch 2 is offered in black, orange and beige, while the AI Watch 3 comes in black or silver.
