TechLife’s entry-level Pad Neo SE tablet launches in the Philippines with an introductory ₱7,099 price, expandable storage and parental controls aimed at students and families.
TechLife has brought the Pad Neo SE to the Philippine market as a low-cost tablet aimed at students and households that want a basic device for schoolwork, reading and media. The company says the model carries a suggested retail price of ₱8,999, although buyers can bring that down to ₱7,099 on participating online platforms during the launch promotion. According to TechLife’s announcement, the device is meant to balance education, creativity and family use in a single package.
At the centre of the device is a 10.1-inch Eye Comfort Display, which TechLife positions as a better fit for reading, online classes and longer viewing sessions. The tablet also has dual stereo speakers and split-screen support, allowing two apps to be used side by side. That combination places it firmly in the entry-level category, but it gives the Pad Neo SE a useful set of features for children following lessons, watching instructional videos or handling simple productivity tasks.
Inside, the Pad Neo SE uses an octa-core processor and offers up to 8GB of RAM, including memory expansion. It comes with 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded to 1TB through external storage. TechLife says the tablet runs Android 16 and includes 5MP front and rear cameras, plus support for Google Gemini. A 6,000mAh battery and 10W charging round out the specification, suggesting a device designed more for endurance and everyday use than for high-performance workloads.
For families, TechLife has added Smart Parental Control and Google Kids Space. These tools allow parents to choose age-appropriate apps, books, videos and learning material, while also managing screen-time limits. The tablet is sold in Space Grey, Bubble Blue and Aurora Green through Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. According to the company and product listings on those platforms, the launch campaign runs from 29 October 2026 to 3 January 2027, with buyers eligible for either a free Folio Case or a free Power Bank R211 with 5,000mAh capacity, subject to stock. TechLife is also promoting an online giveaway through its official social media channels during the same period.
