Tecno launches the Pova AI Buds Pro in India, integrating AI functions like voice notes, call summaries, speech-to-text, and real-time translation, along with innovative design features such as on-board storage and a dedicated quick-note button.
Tecno has introduced the Pova AI Buds Pro in India, positioning the product as more than a standard pair of wireless earbuds. The company says the device is built around artificial intelligence features such as voice note-taking, call summaries, speech-to-text conversion and real-time translation across 78 languages.
A notable design choice is the charging case itself. Tecno has added a dedicated quick-note button and on-board storage so users can record audio without reaching for a phone or another device. The earbuds can record continuously for up to four hours, according to the company, which suggests the system is intended for meetings, lectures and other short-form capture tasks rather than long sessions.
Beyond the AI functions, the Pova AI Buds Pro carry specification levels that place them in the competitive upper mid-range segment. Tecno says each earbud includes four microphones and hybrid active noise cancellation rated at up to 48dB. The model also supports Hi-Res audio, the LHDC codec, dual-device pairing and an IP55 rating for dust and splash resistance. Battery life is listed at up to 40 hours with the case, which also supports wireless charging. In India, the earbuds are priced at 14,999 rupees, or about $155.
