Xiaomi Launches affordable Smart Band 11 Active with impressive battery life in the Philippines

Xiaomi introduces the Smart Band 11 Active in the Philippines, offering core health monitoring features with up to 21 days of battery life at an accessible price point, targeted at students and professionals seeking a practical fitness companion.

Xiaomi has brought the Smart Band 11 Active to market as a low-cost fitness tracker aimed at users who want core health monitoring without paying for premium features. In the Philippines, the device is priced at Php 1,999 and is being positioned for students and working professionals who need a light, practical wearable for daily use.

The band’s case is small and restrained, with Xiaomi saying it weighs 18g without the strap. It uses a 1.47-inch TFT panel with a 60Hz refresh rate and reinforced glass, a combination that favours efficiency and durability over the richer contrast of OLED rivals. Xiaomi also rates it at 5ATM, which means it is designed to handle swimming and other wet conditions.

On health and activity tracking, Xiaomi says the band supports more than 50 workout modes and monitors heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and stress, alongside sleep tracking. The company is also leaning on broad phone compatibility through its Mi Fitness app, keeping the device accessible to both Android and iPhone users. The absence of built-in GPS and NFC is a clear limitation, but route tracking can still be handled through a connected smartphone.

Battery life is one of the most important selling points. Xiaomi claims up to 21 days from the 300mAh battery under lighter use, with charging handled through a magnetic connector. Even with regular monitoring and notifications enabled, the band is intended to last well beyond a typical work week, which helps explain its appeal in the budget segment. The device is available through Xiaomi’s online channels, with physical store availability in the Philippines due on September 15, 2026.
