XTU has unveiled the S7Pro, a competitively priced flagship action camera equipped with advanced stabilisation, AI night vision, and a dual-screen design, targeting creators and outdoor enthusiasts seeking professional-grade footage without the high cost.
XTU has introduced the S7Pro, its new flagship action camera, pricing it at $159.99 in the US and £159.99 in the UK. The company is positioning the model for creators, cyclists, riders and outdoor users who want a compact camera with stronger stabilisation and more built-in workflow features than many entry-level rivals.
At the centre of the S7Pro is a 1/2-inch Sony CMOS sensor paired with HiSilicon AI image processing. XTU says the camera records 4K video at up to 50 frames per second and shoots native 48MP stills, while a 152-degree seven-element lens with an F2.8 aperture is intended to improve detail, dynamic range and low-light performance.
The camera’s main selling point is its stabilisation package. XTU says the S7Pro uses Stabilisation 5.0, horizon stabilisation and 360-degree horizon correction, with Gyroflow support for users who prefer to refine footage in post-production. The company also says the camera includes AI night vision, 4K HDR recording and a dual-screen design with a 2.29-inch rear touchscreen and a 1.4-inch front display.
XTU has also added features aimed at quicker publishing and easier handling in the field. These include wireless microphone support, live streaming, voice control, automatic switching between landscape and portrait formats, up to 50 seconds of 4K pre-recording, 5GHz Wi-Fi 6, a magnetic quick-release mount, an 1,800mAh battery and PD fast charging. According to XTU’s own specifications, the camera supports microSD cards up to 512GB, continuous recording of up to 200 minutes at 1080p and 30fps, and waterproofing to 30 metres when used with the official case. It is available through Amazon in the US and UK and through XTU’s own website in the US, placing it in a crowded category where price, stabilisation and creator tools are increasingly decisive.
