Realme enters India’s mid-range 5G segment with the P4s 5G, boasting a Samsung AMOLED display, Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset, and an 8,000mAh battery, challenging rivals on value and performance.
Realme has returned to India’s mid-range 5G segment with the P4s 5G, a model positioned against the iQOO Z11 5G and Vivo S2 5G. Realme’s device goes on sale from 26 August 2026, according to Gizmochina, and the launch pitch centres on a Samsung-made AMOLED panel, a Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset and an 8,000mAh battery. The comparison matters because all three phones target buyers who want strong performance, high refresh-rate displays and large batteries without moving into flagship pricing.
In design terms, Realme has taken a cleaner route. The P4s 5G uses a flat display, a plastic rear panel, a glass front and a mid-metal frame, and it carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. TelecomTalk says it comes in Titanium Grey and Electric Cyan. The iQOO Z11 5G and Vivo S2 5G both opt for curved displays, with iQOO offering Aurora Green and Celestial Blue, while Vivo sells the S2 in Regal Bronze, Sapphire Blue and Silk White. Both also carry IP68 and IP69 protection, making durability a shared strength across the group.
The display choices split the field. Realme uses a 6.78-inch flat Samsung M14 AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate and a quoted peak brightness of 6,500 nits, according to TelecomTalk and The Tech Outlook. The iQOO Z11 5G has a slightly larger 6.83-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and 3,000-nit peak brightness, while the Vivo S2 5G uses a similar 6.83-inch curved AMOLED panel but drops to 120Hz. That makes the Realme the strongest choice for users who prefer a flat display, while iQOO remains the more aggressive option for gaming and media.
Performance is close on paper, but not identical. Realme’s P4s 5G is powered by the Dimensity 7400 Ultra, which Gizmochina says is paired with a 7,000mm² vapour chamber for cooling. It comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The iQOO Z11 5G uses the Dimensity 7500 Turbo, while the Vivo S2 5G runs on the Dimensity 7360 Turbo, as listed by 91mobiles and Smartprix. All three use LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, but the Vivo trails slightly in this group, while the iQOO has the clearest performance lead for sustained gaming.
Camera hardware and battery life further separate the phones. TelecomTalk says the Realme P4s 5G pairs a 50-megapixel main sensor with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 16-megapixel front camera. The iQOO Z11 5G also includes an ultra-wide lens, with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 main sensor and a 32-megapixel selfie camera, while the Vivo S2 5G uses a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 main sensor, a 2-megapixel bokeh lens and a 32-megapixel front camera. Realme also has the largest battery in the group at 8,000mAh, with 80W wired charging, reverse wired charging and bypass charging. The iQOO Z11 5G and Vivo S2 5G both use a 7,050mAh battery with 44W charging and bypass support. On software, Realme ships with Android 16 and promises three major OS upgrades plus four years of security patches, while iQOO and Vivo both use Origin OS 6 with three years of OS updates and five years of security support. Pricing is where Realme presses hardest: TelecomTalk lists the P4s 5G from Rs 34,999, with launch discounts taking the entry price lower, while the iQOO Z11 5G and Vivo S2 5G sit above it in most comparable trims. For most buyers, the Realme looks like the best value; the iQOO is the pick for gaming; and the Vivo makes sense only if its styling and brand preference matter more than speed or battery.
