The $99.99 Voice Pilot 1.0 combines hands-free commands that work without Wi-Fi with tactile controls, audio feedback and portable-heater safety features.
Beyond Heat is pitching its Voice Pilot 1.0 as a space heater that does more than warm a room. The 23-inch tower model combines offline voice control, a remote, tactile buttons and a set of safety features intended to make it easier to use without a smartphone, app or Wi-Fi connection. According to product listings from Home Depot and Lowe’s, the heater is built around hands-free control and is positioned as a practical option for households that want simple operation as well as added accessibility.
The most distinctive feature is its dual voice-assistant system. The heater responds to the wake phrases “Hey Albi” and “Hey Nova”, with the two voices used to control power, temperature, oscillation, timer settings and heating modes. The offline design is notable because it avoids the need for cloud connectivity, which also reduces setup friction. Home Depot says the unit supports a favourite-setting function, allowing users to store preferred configurations rather than re-entering them each time.
Beyond Heat has also placed emphasis on usability for people who may find standard controls difficult to manage. The product includes Braille-enhanced buttons, audio feedback and a backlit display, according to Lowe’s. That combination is unusual in the electric heater category, where most models still rely on small buttons, basic remotes or app-based controls. For users with limited vision, restricted mobility or simply full hands, the ability to adjust the heater by voice may be more practical than a conventional control panel.
On heating performance, the Voice Pilot uses a 1,500-watt ceramic element and offers an adjustable thermostat ranging from 59°F to 86°F. It also has 60-degree oscillation to spread warm air across a wider area, plus a timer that can run from one to eight hours. In fan mode, the unit can circulate air without heating, which gives it a little more flexibility across seasons. The combination of ceramic heating and oscillation is standard for tower heaters, but Beyond Heat is packaging it with voice control in a way that is still uncommon.
Safety remains a central part of the product pitch. The heater is listed with a cool-touch grille, tip-over shut-off, overheat protection and V0 flame-retardant housing, all of which are intended to reduce common risks associated with portable electric heaters. Home Depot also lists ETL certification, indicating third-party safety testing, while the company offers a 12-month limited warranty. The heater is available in gold and silver, with a listed price of $99.99, making it a mid-range option in a crowded category that increasingly leans on convenience as much as raw output.
