Google’s latest Pixel 11 series introduces Gemini Intelligence, transforming the smartphone experience by integrating task management features directly into the handset, positioning itself ahead of Apple’s upcoming Siri upgrade.
Google’s Pixel 11 series is a sharper sign that the company wants its phones to behave less like passive devices and more like task managers. According to Analytics Insight, the new line puts Gemini Intelligence at the centre of the experience, allowing the phone to pull together information from messages, calendars, Maps and other supported apps so users can find free time, compare routes or begin a booking rather than simply ask a question. The company’s broader pitch is that these features are built into the handset itself, not left as a separate app layer. Hardware changes are meant to support that software shift. Analytics Insight reported that the Pixel 11 range uses Tensor G6, which Google says delivers more on-device AI capacity, faster browsing, quicker app launches and better energy efficiency for supported tasks.
