Middles introduces FIT LOGIC, a user-friendly AI fitness management app that automates daily planning, competing in a crowded market with a focus on simplicity and behavioural nudges.
Middles has launched FIT LOGIC on the App Store, positioning it as an AI fitness management app that reduces the burden of daily planning. According to the company’s announcement and the App Store listing, the app asks users only for basic details and goals before generating daily suggestions for meals, training and recovery. The pitch is straightforward: let software handle the routine decisions so the user can focus on execution.
The app’s feature set is built around low-friction logging and one-step guidance. It offers a single “NEXT STEP” prompt for the immediate action to take, along with Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets so users can check it without opening the app. Meals can be recorded with a photo or text input, while water intake is logged with one-tap buttons for fixed amounts. A character called Emuron also tracks consistency and responds as records are maintained.
Middles says the service avoids extreme dietary restriction and tailors suggestions to the user’s age, sex and stated goal. The App Store listing adds that all paid tiers include the full feature set, with no reduced-function free plan. Pricing is set at ¥1,680 a month or ¥16,800 a year, and new users get a three-day free trial.
The launch also lands in a crowded segment of AI fitness software. FitAzi offers adaptive workout and meal planning with progress analytics, MOVIT focuses on real-time form correction and a free tier, and Fitlog emphasises photo-based macro tracking and workout logging. Taken together, the category is moving towards apps that combine automated planning, simple input and ongoing behavioural nudges rather than conventional diary-style tracking.
