Innovative entrepreneur Siddharth Rajsekar has developed an AI version of himself to mentor students around the clock, aiming to transform the landscape of online coaching with more personalised and scalable support.
Siddharth Rajsekar has turned a familiar founder’s fantasy into a working system: an AI version of himself that can mentor students at any hour. According to Men’sXP, the entrepreneur, widely known as Sidz, has built the model on Delphi, using material drawn from years of calls, courses and coaching sessions to create a digital stand-in that answers questions in his own style.
The scale is substantial. The AI has been trained on 17.4 million words and, in its first year, has held about 39,000 conversations and exchanged more than 500,000 messages with students, Men’sXP reported. Rajsekar said on stage at Reboot 2026, the annual online event run by Internet Lifestyle Hub, that the aim was not novelty but reach: he has thousands of students, while only one human founder can speak at a time. Internet Lifestyle Hub says it now has more than 51,000 paid members and that its learners have generated more than ₹1,500 crore in earnings.
Rajsekar also used the event to introduce Sia, an AI voice assistant designed to make contact before students fall behind. Unlike the text-based clone, Sia places calls. The system is used to confirm webinar attendance, follow up with new members after joining and remind people ahead of major live sessions. Rajsekar said, “I wanted an assistant so that no one on this journey disappears quietly,” framing the tool as a safeguard against disengagement rather than a spectacle.
The broader strategy is clear. Rajsekar appears to be betting that coaching businesses will increasingly rely on agentic AI for routine tasks such as reminders, follow-ups and first-line support, leaving humans to handle the parts of mentorship that require judgement and trust. Delphi’s profile of him says he founded Internet Lifestyle Hub in 2018 with the ambition of reviving the collaborative spirit of Nalanda University in digital form, while a separate TechBullion report said his “Sidz AI Mindcast” project reflects a view that technology should extend human expertise rather than replace it. For Rajsekar, the next phase of coaching may not be generic chatbots at all, but specialist systems trained on one expert’s own methods, language and experience.
