Amazon’s Great Freedom Sale 2026: flagship earbuds see record discounts as rivals scramble to compete

Amazon’s 2026 Great Freedom Sale features significant discounts across premium, mid-range, and budget earbuds offering active noise cancellation, highlighting fierce competition among brands to dominate the personal audio market.

Amazon’s Great Freedom Sale 2026 has brought a broad set of discounts across electronics, but the sharpest audio deals are in earbuds and neckbands with active noise cancellation. According to Gadgets 360, the sale spans premium, mid-range and budget models, with extra savings available through eligible HDFC Bank credit card and EasyEMI transactions, plus exchange offers and no-cost EMI on select items.

At the top end, Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 4 Pro is listed at an effective Rs. 19,499, down from Rs. 29,999. The same sale also cuts the Realme Buds Air 8 Pro to Rs. 6,499 from Rs. 8,999. Both options are being positioned for buyers who want stronger isolation from background noise, with Samsung also offering adaptive ANC, Bluetooth 6.1 and up to 30 hours of total battery life with the charging case, while Realme says its pair reaches up to 55dB ANC.

The middle of the market is where many of the strongest value offers sit. Oppo’s Enco Air 5 is down to Rs. 3,099 from Rs. 4,999 and is rated for up to 52dB real-time ANC. Samsung’s Galaxy Buds Core has been reduced to Rs. 2,999 from Rs. 9,999 and includes Galaxy AI features. OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro are available for Rs. 2,799, while the Realme Buds Air 7 is priced at Rs. 2,999.

Buyers who prefer a neckband also have lower-cost options. The OnePlus Bullets Z2 ANC has fallen to Rs. 1,899 from Rs. 2,299 with eligible bank offers, while the Realme Buds Wireless 5 is selling for Rs. 1,799, down from Rs. 2,799, with claimed playback of up to 38 hours. The discounts echo Amazon’s broader 2026 audio sale pattern, which in other promotions has also featured deep cuts on brands such as Bose, Sony, Apple and Beats, underlining how competitive the retailer has become on personal audio during major shopping events.
