Anker’s MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro introduces rapid magnetic wireless charging with active cooling

Anker launches the MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro, delivering up to 25W magnetic wireless charging, enhanced heat management, and versatile features tailored for busy mobile users, with speeds comparable to wired charging.

Anker’s MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro is aimed at users who want a more practical way to keep a phone topped up while moving between meetings, commutes and other daily tasks. Rather than relying solely on a cable, it attaches magnetically to compatible handsets and shows charging information on a built-in screen, so the user can check status at a glance.

The headline specification is support for up to 25W Qi2.2 magnetic wireless charging, which places it closer to wired charging speeds than earlier wireless models. Ubergizmo reported that Anker’s tests showed a compatible iPhone 17 Pro reaching about 25% in 10 minutes and 50% in 25 minutes, although real-world performance will still depend on the device and charging conditions. Notebookcheck added that the company is pitching the product at compatible iPhone 16 and 17 models, as well as Google Pixel 11 series devices, where supported wireless speeds are available.

Because faster wireless charging can create more heat, Anker has paired the power bank with its SnapCool active cooling system. According to the company’s testing as described by the Filipino Times and Notebookcheck, the design combines a fan, dual air channels and a three-layer graphene structure to move heat away during charging, while keeping the casing below 36C under stated test conditions. The device has also received SGS recognition for its fast and cool charging performance.

Beyond the charging pad, the MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro includes a 10,000mAh battery, a 45W USB-C output for wired use and a 45W input for recharging the unit itself. Anker says that input can take the power bank from empty to 80% in 52 minutes. Notebookcheck also reported that the display can show output, battery level, temperature and fan-related information, while Anker claims its ActiveShield 5.0 system monitors temperature through the day to help maintain stable charging.

A fold-out stand adds another functional element, allowing the power bank to prop up a phone at a range of angles for watching video or taking calls. The stand opens from 0 to 80 degrees and, according to Anker, has been tested for 5,000 open-and-close cycles. The Filipino Times said the product is priced at AED 349 in the UAE, positioning it as a portable charging accessory that combines wireless speed, heat management and desk-friendly convenience in one unit.
