Anker’s Zolo portable charger, now discounted on Amazon, combines a compact design with 30W fast charging, multiple ports and a built-in cable, making it an essential summer device for on-the-go power needs.
Anker’s Zolo portable charger is being pitched as a useful summer carry item, and the timing is easy to understand. With long days away from mains power, a compact power bank can be the difference between staying connected and hunting for a socket. Frandroid says the 10,000mAh model is now discounted on Amazon to €23.99, down from €29.99, while other retail listings describe it as a travel-friendly charger built around the same core design.
The appeal lies in its size as much as its capacity. Frandroid reports dimensions of 6.55 x 10.97 x 2.49 cm and a weight of 212 g, making it small enough for a trouser pocket or day bag. It also has a braided USB-C cable built into the body, which the company says is tested to withstand more than 10,000 bends, and that cable can double as a lanyard.
On performance, the Zolo supports up to 30W output over USB-C and 20W input, which should be sufficient for fast top-ups rather than full-speed charging of larger devices. Best Buy’s product pages say the power bank can recharge an iPhone 15 twice and a Samsung S24 almost twice, while Amazon Ireland says it can take an iPhone 15 from empty to 57% in 30 minutes.
The charger is also designed for flexibility. Alongside the integrated USB-C lead, Frandroid says it includes an extra USB-C port and a USB-A port, allowing up to three devices to charge at once. Notebookcheck notes that the power bank is positioned around portability and convenience, and says the built-in cable also serves as a strap. The device uses Anker’s ActiveShield 2.0 temperature monitoring system to reduce overheating risk, according to the company’s product information.
