Amazon offers discount on EarFun Free 2S true wireless earbuds, focusing on enhanced call performance and long battery life amid fierce competition in the budget segment.
Amazon is selling the EarFun Free 2S true wireless earbuds at a discount, with AppBank saying the black version is priced at ¥3,990, down from a reference price of ¥5,990. That puts the model in the crowded budget end of the market, where buyers tend to weigh battery life, call quality and app support as heavily as raw sound performance.
The Free 2S uses a 7mm composite dynamic driver, which EarFun says is intended to deliver a bass-forward sound without losing clarity in the mids and highs. Independent reviews have generally described the tuning as refined for the price, with a punchy low end and decent overall balance, while also noting that the earbuds can be adjusted through the companion app’s equaliser. Bluetooth 5.2 is another part of the package, and reviewers say it helps provide a stable connection with modest power use.
Call handling is one of the model’s clearer selling points. EarFun fits the Free 2S with four microphones and environmental noise reduction, and review coverage says the upgraded microphone hardware improves voice pickup for everyday calls and online meetings. At the same time, some testers have found the mic performance merely adequate rather than outstanding, which suggests the system is good for a budget pair but still short of premium standards.
Battery life also remains competitive. AppBank says the earbuds can reach up to 30 hours of total playback with the charging case, while other product reviews put single-charge use at about seven hours and note that a 10-minute top-up can add roughly two hours of listening. The case supports USB-C charging and wireless charging, and the earbuds carry an IPX7 rating, making them suitable for exercise and wet weather. The downside is that the Free 2S does not include active noise cancellation or multipoint Bluetooth, which some rivals now offer.
