EVOline introduces WallDisQ and DisQ, two wireless chargers designed to minimise cable clutter and seamlessly integrate power into compact or visible spaces, signalling a shift towards concealed charging in contemporary interiors.
EVOline has added two wireless charging products, WallDisQ and DisQ, to its range as designers and users continue to look for ways to reduce cable clutter and integrate power more discreetly into homes and workspaces. The company positions both products for interiors where worktops are limited and visible technology is best kept to a minimum.
WallDisQ shifts charging to a vertical plane. Mounted on a wall or kitchen side panel, it uses a magnet to hold a compatible smartphone in place and align it correctly with the charging coil. That makes it practical for everyday use in kitchens or other active spaces, where a phone may need to stay visible for recipes, messages or calls while remaining off the work surface.
DisQ applies the same principle to horizontal furniture and fitted surfaces. EVOline says the unit is only 58mm across and 6mm high, allowing it to sit almost flush within kitchen islands, sideboards or tables. Like WallDisQ, it supports wireless charging at up to 15 watts and uses a magnet to keep the device centred. The company’s data sheet says the transmitter coil activates only when a device is correctly positioned, while also noting that cases and protruding camera housings can affect performance.
The wider EVOline range shows a clear push towards concealed or integrated charging in kitchens and living spaces. The company also offers other wireless options, including add-on modules for existing socket systems and under-counter solutions, reflecting demand for power points that preserve clean lines without sacrificing convenience.
