Kensington’s USB-C 4K dock falls to $14.99 with Woot coupon

Woot’s Kensington SD1610P deal drops to $14.99 with code KENSINGTON, adding 4K HDMI, Ethernet and USB ports in a compact hub.

Woot is selling the Kensington SD1610P USB-C Mini Mobile 4K Dock for $19.99 before a coupon, and the checkout code “KENSINGTON” cuts another $5 from the total, bringing the final price to $14.99. The promotion is due to run until 23 October 2026 at 11:58 p.m. Central time, and Woot says the offer is limited to two units per customer, with free shipping for Prime members under its usual shipping benefit.

The compact dock is designed for users who want a simple expansion hub rather than a full desktop docking station. According to Kensington, the SD1610P adds a single external display, USB accessory ports and Gigabit Ethernet through one USB-C connection. It is intended for Windows systems and supports plug-and-play use without drivers or downloads.

Video support depends on the laptop as well as the dock itself. Kensington says the USB-C port on the computer must support DisplayPort Alt Mode for external video output. When that requirement is met, the dock can drive an HDMI display at up to 4K resolution and 30Hz, or a VGA display at Full HD and 60Hz. B&H Photo’s specifications list the device as supporting one screen at up to 3840 x 2160 at 30Hz, alongside USB Type-A, USB Type-C and Ethernet connectivity.

The dock also offers pass-through charging of up to 60W, but a power adapter is not included. That means buyers need to supply a compatible USB-C charger if they want to charge a laptop through the dock while using it. Woot notes that the deal cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses or P.O. boxes, so customers in those locations will need to look elsewhere.
