Roa International unveils semi-solid HeatZero 10000 with fast wireless charging and enhanced safety features

Roa International’s new HeatZero 10000 power bank combines Qi2.2 25W magnetic wireless charging with a safer semi-solid battery design, setting a new standard for portable chargers amid rising market trends.

Roa International has launched the HeatZero 10000, a new VOVA-branded mobile battery that combines Qi2.2 25W magnetic wireless charging with a semi-solid battery pack. The company said the device went on sale on 30 September through its official online store, positioning it as a compact charger for users who want faster wireless charging without giving up portability or a built-in cable.

The key safety pitch is the battery chemistry. According to the product information, HeatZero 10000 uses a semi-solid cell with less than 10% liquid electrolyte, a design the company says is less prone to leakage or ignition than conventional lithium-ion batteries. The casing is made from polycarbonate that meets UL94 V-0 flame-retardancy requirements, and the unit is said to carry PSE compliance in Japan as well as KC, CE, RoHS and CCC certifications. Roa International says the device also includes six layers of protection against overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, overdischarge, recovery faults and short circuits.

Internally, the battery uses two 5,000mAh cells arranged in a high-voltage 2S configuration, alongside a cell-balancing circuit. The company says this setup is designed to reduce heat and power loss during high-output use, while an NTC temperature sensor monitors thermal conditions in real time. Roa International also claims the unit was tested through 1,000 charge-discharge cycles and retained more than 80% of its initial capacity, while operating across a wider temperature range than typical lithium-ion packs, from -20C to 60C.

Charging hardware is a major part of the product’s appeal. HeatZero 10000 carries Qi2 25W certification, which means compatible iPhone and Android models can charge wirelessly at up to 25W. It also has a 5,500G magnetic array for MagSafe-compatible attachment, automatic charging when a device is connected, and a detachable USB-C cable for wired charging at up to 35W. A second USB-C port allows the power bank to charge up to three devices at once, while pass-through charging lets the battery itself be replenished at up to 30W. A metal stand, LED percentage display and four colour options complete the package.

The launch comes as more manufacturers move towards Qi2.2 and higher-output wireless charging in 10,000mAh class power banks. Xiaomi’s Magnetic Power Bank 10000 25W Integrated Cable model, for example, offers a similar capacity and integrated cable, while KUXIU and other accessory makers have been promoting semi-solid battery designs with kickstands and digital displays. In that context, Roa International’s product follows a broader market trend: combining magnetic wireless charging, built-in cable convenience and a safety-led battery design in a single compact accessory.
