Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 4 Pro are being sold in France at a sharp discount during the French Days promotion, with the effective price falling to €119 after cashback. The earphones are listed at €169 on Joybuy, then eligible buyers can claim a €50 rebate, bringing them down from the launch price of €249. The cashback offer runs until 29 November 2026, but the purchase itself must be made by 15 November 2026.
That matters because these are not budget earbuds. Frandroid’s review praised the Buds 4 Pro for the scale of the upgrade over previous Samsung models, awarding them 9/10. The publication highlighted better controls, stronger active noise cancellation and a redesigned sound architecture aimed at improving clarity and separation. In practice, they are positioned as rivals to Sony’s WF-1000XM6 and Apple’s AirPods Pro 3.
Samsung has also pushed the hardware further. The Buds 4 Pro use a dual-driver design, pairing an 11mm dynamic woofer with a 5.4mm planar magnetic tweeter, each driven by separate amplifiers. The company claims this gives the earbuds fuller bass, cleaner mid-range detail and smoother treble. Reviewers have also pointed to improved call handling, a more refined aluminium stem design and IP57 protection against dust, sweat and water.
The broader software experience is strongest inside Samsung’s own ecosystem. On compatible Galaxy phones, the earbuds support instant pairing, gesture controls and real-time translation in 22 languages, with the most complete feature set available on One UI 8.5. Non-Samsung Android users can still use the Galaxy Wearable app for basic customisation, but iPhone users are left out entirely because the app is not available on iOS. Battery life is rated at seven hours with noise cancellation switched on, rising to about 26 hours with the case.
