TESSAN’s Magic 65W charging station transforms compact power into a versatile desk and travel hub

TESSAN introduces a multifunctional 65W charging station that consolidates wired and wireless power for multiple devices, addressing the clutter and accessibility issues in homes and hotel rooms alike.

The TESSAN Magic 65W Charging Station is built for one common problem: too many devices and too few convenient sockets. According to TESSAN, the compact hub combines a magnetic wireless phone charger, a retractable Apple Watch charger, two USB-C ports and two AC outlets in a single unit, with a 65W USB-C output that is strong enough to charge a MacBook. Its ultra-thin flat plug and 5-foot cable are intended to make it easier to place behind a bed, desk or nightstand.

That design makes it particularly useful in hotel rooms, where outlets are often poorly positioned and charging clutter quickly builds up. The integrated Apple Watch charger removes one cable from the packing list, while the magnetic phone stand means a compatible iPhone can be topped up without a separate lead. The charging platform also tilts up to 65 degrees, which is practical if the device is being used on a bedside table or work surface.

Wireless charging output is rated at up to 7.5W for compatible iPhones and up to 15W for other Qi-enabled phones. The wired side is more flexible still. Best Buy’s product listing says the hub can transform a single wall socket into a six-in-one desktop station, with two AC outlets and multiple USB connections for charging several devices at once.

The appeal is not limited to travel. The charger’s mix of wired and wireless power delivery also suits home desks, especially in households with phones, tablets, laptops, headphones and wearables all needing attention at the same time. TESSAN positions the device as a way to centralise charging and reduce the tangle of adapters, bricks and cables that normally accumulates around a socket.

There are broader signs that this is the direction accessory makers are taking. TESSAN also sells tower-style charging hubs with more ports for desk use, and other reviews of the brand’s devices have highlighted the demand for compact GaN-based chargers that save space while handling several gadgets. For travellers in particular, the Magic 65W model is a neat example of that trend: one plug, fewer cables and less to forget when leaving home.
